CUMIN LIQUEUR
"Cjariei" is the name in forni dialect that refers to carum carvi. At one time this seed was used for medicinal purposes to help the digestive tract, and was put to steep or soak in white grappa. It is new liqueur, simple but possessing interesting qualities, and due to this soaking assumes a very special taste and is unique served at room temperature or very cold and may be consumed in all occasions. This Cumin liqueur is produced by many families in Forni for their own consumption but the sales of the product is organized by a company HKT srl that also produces other liqueurs with blueberries and wild berries in general.
